Dear Parents,
Welcome back to a vibrant spring semester! We hope you enjoyed the three-day weekend and could keep warm in the bitter cold. We are excited to continue our partnership with you to support your child's learning and growth throughout the coming months. Please reach out if you have any questions or need assistance.
Tonight’s basketball games at Montgomery have been canceled. The Junior High boys and girls basketball teams will be playing at AMI on Thursday. The Varsity boys and girls basketball teams will continue district play on Friday at LaSalle.
I would like to welcome all of our new families, whether you are joining us from another school in the district or have relocated from another city, state, or country. We are excited to share with you all that Logansport High School has to offer and believe you will soon feel as we do, that Logansport High School is a special place for all children. Our educators, support staff, families, and other education partners are ready to welcome you into Tiger Nation.

Parent Meeting
If your daughter is interested in trying out for either Varsity or Junior High Cheer, there is a MANDATORY Parent Meeting tomorrow night at 6pm in the LHS Multipurpose Room.
2025-2026 Calendar
The DeSoto Parish School Board convened for its regular meeting on Wednesday, January 8, 2025, and approved the academic calendar for the 2025-2026 school year. Based on feedback from surveys to internal and external stakeholders, the comprehensive calendar is designed to provide students, parents, and educators with a structured and effective framework for the upcoming academic year. The calendar will be linked on our LHS website.

Parent Portal & JCampus App
All campuses in DeSoto Parish use JCampus for student information and progress. Parents are able to download the JCampus Student mobile app to their device for easy access to check student progress. Schools will be releasing schedules and other information the week of August 5 in the student portal, but you can set up access to JCampus Mobile now, learn more on the new page!
