School Mission Statement

Logansport  High School serves to make a difference by teaching students to strive for excellence, serve others, and become positive leaders in our community.

Counselor's Corner

  • March 4th - Career Compass (Seniors)

  • March 6th - Senior Meeting at 9:10am (MP Room)

  • March 11th - 10th/12th ACT Test at LHS

    • 9th and 111th grades will be on Virtual Learning

  • March 12th - 9th (PreACT) and 11th ACT at LHS

    • 10th & 12th grades on Virtual Learning

  • March 14th - End of 3rd 9 weeks

  • March 31 - April 4th - SPRING BREAK

State Wide ACT Testing

LHS will be giving the ACT Test on Tuesday, March 11th and Wednesday, March 12th to students in grades 10-12. The 9th grade will take the Pre-ACT. Makeups will be on Thursday, March 13th.

  • Tuesday March 11th: Sophomores & Seniors will test while Freshmen & Juniors are on Virtual Learning.

  • Wednesday March 12th: Freshmen & Juniors will test while Soph. & Seniors are on Virtual Learning.

  • Thursday, March 13th: Everyone back on campus

Please ensure that your My ACT account is created and you can log in. The 10th grade class will create their accounts (if they do not already have one) on Monday, March 10th at school.

Please ensure that you arrive to school on time. Testing will begin no later than 8:30 each morning. Seniors who have late arrival need to report to the Elementary Gym by 8:15am.

Please ensure that your child's chromebook is fully charged the day of testing.

Junior High Dance

It's time for the JH Dance!!! Tickets are $20 each and are available from Mrs. Megan in the front office.

Parent Portal & JCampus App

All campuses in DeSoto Parish use JCampus for student information and progress. Parents are able to download the JCampus Student mobile app to their device for easy access to check student progress. Schools will be releasing schedules and other information the week of August 5 in the student portal, but you can set up access to JCampus Mobile now, learn more on the new page!
