As we approach the midpoint of the first 9 weeks, I want to say I am incredibly proud of the start so far. Your dedication to your studies, your participation in extracurricular activities, and your acts of kindness toward one another do not go unnoticed. Remember that every small step you take, whether it's acing a test, helping a classmate, or simply trying your best, contributes to your growth. Keep that same energy and determination going strong, and let's make the rest of the year an incredible success. Remember, We Are T.I.G.E.R.S!!! Together In Greatness Everyone Rises & Succeeds.

This Friday is the DeSoto Parish Jamboree. Below is ticket, parking and game information for all who are going.

Ticket price: $10.00
Desoto Parish faculty and staff IDs are welcome !

LHS 4H Sign Up

It is time to sign up for 4H for the 2025-2026 school year. If you did not make it to open house, there is still time to sign up for 4H. Enrollment is open to student's in grades 4th - 12th and club dues are $20. There are a few ways to sign up:

You can scan the QR code on the attached flyer to sign up online. However, your $20 dues must be sent either to the school to Mrs. Jennifer Wheless or paid directly at the 4H office.
Students in grades 4th/5th: Mrs. Flanigan has forms that she will send home. Send the form and your $20 back to your homeroom teacher and Mrs. Jennifer will collect them.
Students in grades 6th-12: There are forms outside of Mrs. Ronni's office or stop by Mrs. Jennifer's room (524) to pick up a form.

Parent Portal & JCampus App

All campuses in DeSoto Parish use JCampus for student information and progress. Parents are able to download the JCampus Student mobile app to their device for easy access to check student progress. Schools will be releasing schedules and other information the week of August 5 in the student portal, but you can set up access to JCampus Mobile now, learn more on the new page!
