Principal's Message

Wolverines, thank you for a strong start to the school year. Your dedication inside and outside the classroom continues to set the tone for excellence at Mansfield High School. As we move into September, remember to stay focused, stay prepared, and stay positive.

With Labor Day approaching, we encourage everyone to enjoy the long weekend with family and friends. We’ll see you back ready to make this month our best yet.

Mansfield High is proud to host this year’s parish jamboree!

Date/Time: Kickoff at 7:00 PM
Tickets: $10 via GoFan (faculty/staff IDs accepted)
Parking: Front school lot & old Walmart lot
Teams: MHS (Green), NDHS (Red), LHS (White)

Matchups:

  • Mansfield vs. Logansport

  • North DeSoto vs. Logansport

  • Mansfield vs. North DeSoto

Cell Phones

All cell phones must be turned off and stored in backpacks during the school day, in accordance with state law.

We ask for your support in ensuring compliance with this policy throughout the year.

As we begin Week 4, let’s stay rooted in our MHS values—caring, perseverance, respect, servant leadership, and teamwork. Thank you for the commitment you show each day to our students’ success.

Upcoming Dates:

📌 August 29 – Pep Rally & Football Jamboree (Kickoff at 7:00 PM)

📌 September 1 – Labor Day (No School)

📌 September 8 – Student/Parent/Teacher Conferences, 10 AM – 6 PM (No School for Students)

Technology

We are a 1:1 Chromebook ratio school district. Each student has an assigned Chromebook. Students should bring their fully charged Chromebook and charger everyday to school.

Daily Schedule

Students may enter the building as early as 7:10 a.m. The tardy bell rings at 7:28 a.m., marking the start of instruction. We dismiss daily at 3:09 p.m. Car riders can be picked up from 3:09-3:15 p.m.
