Welcome back NDHS Griffins!

Our Griffin Culture is of the utmost importance at North DeSoto High School. We will work to be our best as educators and, in turn, expect our students to do their best as student learners.  We will provide students with a safe, meaningful, challenging learning environment and opportunities to get involved in extracurricular activities and athletics to help build responsibility and teamwork.  However, this is not possible without the support of everyone.  The education of a child requires cooperation between home and school.  We look forward to working with the parents and community.  It is with strong commitment to the students and community that the team at North DeSoto High School says “Welcome to the 2024-25 school year.” We cannot wait to get started!

Please join us for our Open House on Monday, August 5th from 4:00-6:00 PM. Come pick up schedules, meet your student's teachers, and get all the information you need to start a successful school year at NDHS!

The first day of school for students is Thursday, August 8, 2024. Students can arrive as early as 7:15 AM. Instruction begins at 7:35 AM. Students should bring their charged Chromebook devices on the first day!

DeSoto Parish Schools will provide school supplies for your students. Families are responsible for purchasing school uniforms and a mesh or clear backpack.

Polo shirts are Red, Navy, White; Pants are Navy or Khaki. North DeSoto spirit shirts may be worn on designated days. North DeSoto spirit sweatshirts and hoodies may also be worn. Refer to the website for more details.
