Our NDLE Clover Buds are helping DeSoto Parish 4-H collect coats and blankets. There is a box in the lobby where you can drop off your donation.

Dear Parents,

Kindergarten is performing in the North Desoto Lower Elementary Gym on Friday, November 8, 2024 at 8:15 a.m.  This performance is in celebration of Veterans Day. Parents and other family members are invited to our school for this performance. Please sign in on the clipboards when you enter the gym. There will be time after the performance to take pictures with your child. Your child may wear a red, white, and blue “patriotic” outfit of their choice. Please no hats or tall headbands because this will cover up other performers' faces. Guests can park in our school’s parking lot or the bus parking lot. Please contact me through Rooms message or email if you have any questions. Students will perform for the school on Monday, Nov. 11 at 8:15 a.m. Students will wear normal school uniforms for this performance.

DATE CHANGE!!!!!! Youth Soccer Night at NDHS has been moved to Nov. 12th. Students can get in for free if they wear a soccer jersey or shirt from the soccer clinic. The girls game kicks off at 5:30 pm. The boys team plays after the girls.

• The next Booster Club meeting is November 4 at 3:15pm in the NDLE Multi-purpose room.

• No Concessions are scheduled for November.

• Pizza and Pajamas day will be Nov. 20th. Check your child's folder for order forms.

• ALL messaging will be done through ROOMS so it is very important to have this set up. Email tara.brawley@desotopsb.com if you need help

• Class DOJO is an app to download to view your child's behavior at school. If you have questions about behavior, ask your teacher through ROOMS.

• We only accept cash for any kind of money collection at school. Please send the exact amount. All money should be in an envelope or ziplock bag with your child's name, their teacher's name, and what the money is for.

• If your child will be going home a different way, please send a dated note to your child's teacher and an email to Mrs. Miller or Mrs. Salter in the office by 12:00 pm. tracy.miller@desotopsb.com or dena.salter@desotopsb.com

• Please label all backpacks, lunchboxes, water bottles, and jackets with your child's first and last name. This will help us return items when they are lost.
