All students are expected to follow our Little Griffin S.O.A.R. Behavior Expectations. The "R" in S.O.A.R. stands for "responsible choices". We tell students that responsible choices means you take care of yourself and our school. Students should being responsible by keeping up with their personal items like backpacks, water bottles, lunch boxes and jackets. Also, by cleaning up correctly after center time, being sure to throw trash away in the classroom and cafeteria, and using classroom materials correctly. Teachers spend lots of time planning engaging lessons with a variety of materials and manipulative items that are shared among classmates so it is very important for students to be responsible in making sure these items are not broken. Making responsible choices is a great habit to get into that will serve our Little Griffins throughout their life.
