We are incredibly proud to announce that NDMS has earned an SPS score of 100.8! This is an outstanding accomplishment and a reflection of the exceptional work happening every day across our campus. To our teachers and staff, thank you for your dedication, passion, and unwavering commitment to our students. To our students, your hard work and determination continue to show what Griffins are capable of. And to our parents and families, your support and partnership make all the difference. This achievement belongs to all of us.

As we celebrate, let’s continue to show pride in our school and community, not just on days like today, but every day. Our shared values, high expectations, and belief in one another are what make NDMS such a special place to learn and grow.

This week, we also highlight our newest Portrait of a Graduate model, Neely Pilcher, who is being recognized as an example of an empathetic listener. Neely consistently demonstrates the ability to understand and value the perspectives of others, fostering connections and building trust among her peers. She reminds us that listening with empathy is one of the most important skills we can have. Please join us in celebrating Neely and the positive impact she has on our school.

As we head into the holiday break, we want to wish all of our NDMS families a Happy Thanksgiving. We hope this season brings rest, gratitude, and meaningful time with the people you love. Thank you for being an essential part of our school family.

Shout out to November 10th's NDMS High Flyers! These students demonstrate hard work and follow school rules. They make good decisions, manage priorities, are kind to others, and exemplify what it means to be a true Griffin! Way to go, Griffins! November's Griffins have the quality of being thankful;  readiness to show appreciation for and to return kindness. Representing 6th grade are KK and Jase. 7th grade representatives are Ean and Katie while 8th grade is being represented by Eastyn and Owen. Congratulations to each of you!
