Chats with Mr. Carter...

Griffin Nation!! What a great week last week was, so many activities occurring inside with effective instruction, outside with amazing extra curriculars and the community with parades and all sorts of functions. We truly have an amazing community. Let's keep this momentum going this week as we celebrate Red Ribbon Week. This week we will pause and pay closer attention to all social and emotional needs that our students are going through and how we can be more proactive in ensuring the best care for our students. Of course there are dress up weeks, please make sure we follow the dress codes and let's not make the week about dress ups but understanding the true meeting of Red Ribbon Week.

NDMS Yearbook has begun their fall fundraiser, collecting gently worn or new shoes, to help raise money for local North DeSoto families impacted by Familial Adenomatous Polyposis. Not only will you help local families, but the shoes also get a second life, helping others in need. It’s a double donation! Yearbook will be collecting gently worn or new shoes during morning assembly through November 20. Please help us reach our goal of filling 100 bags.
