Welcome Back Griffins! I hope your summer was filled with much excitement and I know you are ready for another year at NDMS. It is our mission, to provide each of you a safe and positive learning environment where growth can be achieved through opportunities that challenge each of you and prepare you for lifetime of service. For the past decade, NDMS has maintained an “A” rating and has been ranked in the top 5 of traditional middle schools in our state. Through intentional teacher support where we believe that placing a highly effective teacher in front of each of you, we know that we will have the best chance at becoming the best middle school in the entire state. 

As we begin this new school year, our expectations for students will be for them to learn, lead, and serve as we believe this will align to our mission statement. Each day, we look forward to the opportunities that each student will have as they LEARN new content, LEAD others in achievement and SERVE their community. The expectations are high, but we believe in each of you and what you can become. Let’s do this Griffins, together.

Come join us for our Open House on Monday, August 5, 2024 from 4:00-6:00 pm. Come pick up schedules, meet your child's teachers, and get all the information you need for a successful start to the school year!

The first day of school for students is Thursday, August 8, 2024. Students should be in uniform and bring their charged Chromebook with them on the first day.
