Dear NDUE Families,
It's the mid-point of the first 9 weeks, and school is back at full force. You will notice more assignments going into the gradebook in the coming weeks.
Our typical protocol is to have 2 Test and 2 Daily grades by progress reports. At the beginning of the year, we wait a little longer to get started on testing so students can acclimate to their new grade. Please note that tests are worth 75% of a student's grade and that the grade reflected on this progress report could change significantly based on the next tests. Daily grades are worth 25% of your student's grade. Please stay up to date on your students' progress by checking their grades online. Below is a link with step-by-step instructions on how to log in to the Student Progress Center. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1dmRwvSOCT2SGB7XAwE7Rtl_BkkwQ4OuaZ1B60fHA4nw/edit?usp=sharing
I hope to see you all at Student-Parent-Teacher Conferences today! This is a wonderful opportunity for our students to show off their hard work and progress towards meeting their goals. If you need to schedule a private conference, please reach out to your child's teacher or contact our office.
We are better together! Geaux Griffins!

Be the the reason someone smiles today, practice acts of kindness, offer genuine compliments, express gratitude, or simply share a warm smile with others. The goal is to spread positivity and show someone they are appreciated, creating a ripple effect of joy and connecting people through shared experiences of love and belief in the goodness of others.
Please share with us your children's accomplishments outside of school, so that we can share them with the community! We are proud of our Griffins. We are specifically looking for Team Championships (please include ALL NDUE students on the team's names) and Individual Awards. Attach any pictures and a list of the awards along with the name of the competition by going to the link below. Thank you!
