On Thursday, March 20th, Stanley's 2nd grade class took a field trip to Sci-port! Students got to play in the POP museum where they got to pretend play different career opportunities, shop in a pretend grocery store, cook in a pretend kitchen, etc. After playing, students got to see Antarctica in the IMAX. 2nd grade got to learn all about Antarctica, the animals that live there, and ways we can help keep the animals there safe even though we aren't there.
